Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 10 August 2026
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled in connection with services and activities involving TVZONE.
This policy distinguishes between Provider bookings using the TVZONE workflow, arrangements made directly with Freelancers, future TVZONE paid Provider listings or subscription services, and advertising services.
1. Provider Booking Cancellations
A Client may submit a cancellation request for a Provider service through the TVZONE workflow where the cancellation functionality is available.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean that the service may be cancelled without charge.
The Provider determines whether a cancellation fee applies according to its commercial terms and the circumstances of the booking.
2. Provider Cancellation Fees
Following a Client cancellation, the booking may remain pending while the Provider determines whether a cancellation fee applies.
The Provider may submit an applicable cancellation charge through TVZONE or communicate the applicable fee to the Client.
TVZONE does not independently determine the amount of a Provider's cancellation fee.
The Provider is responsible for the amount charged and the commercial basis for that charge.
3. Costs Already Committed
A Provider may take into account costs already incurred, reserved, or committed when determining an applicable cancellation fee.
Depending on the service, these costs may include crew reservations, equipment preparation, transportation, accommodation, permits, satellite capacity, transmission resources, studios, third-party facilities, and other resources specifically committed for the booking.
Any applicable charge remains part of the commercial relationship between the Client and Provider.
4. Refunds for Provider Services
TVZONE currently does not collect or hold payments for Provider services.
TVZONE therefore normally does not issue refunds relating to Provider bookings.
Where a Client has paid a Provider directly, any full refund, partial refund, credit, deduction, cancellation settlement, or other financial adjustment must be handled directly between the Client and Provider.
The Provider is responsible for returning any amount that it agrees or is legally required to refund.
5. Provider Cancellation
If a Provider becomes unable to deliver a confirmed service, the Provider should inform the Client as soon as reasonably possible.
Where the Client has already paid the Provider directly, any refund or financial settlement must be handled directly between the Client and Provider.
TVZONE may retain records concerning the cancellation but does not hold the Provider's service payment.
6. Amendments Instead of Cancellation
A Client may request an amendment instead of cancelling a service.
Changes may involve the date, time, duration, location, technical specification, equipment, crew, transmission method, or other booking details.
The Provider may submit revised rates or additional charges.
The amendment becomes effective only after the applicable revised terms are accepted by the relevant parties.
7. Time Extensions
Time extensions are not treated as cancellations.
A Client may request additional service time.
The Provider may confirm or decline the request.
Where confirmed, the previously provided extension rate or another agreed additional charge may apply.
8. Freelancer Cancellations and Refunds
The TVZONE Freelancer section operates as a directory only.
TVZONE does not manage Freelancer bookings or payments.
Any cancellation, refund, deposit, rescheduling, payment dispute, service dispute, or contractual dispute involving a Freelancer must be resolved directly between the Client and Freelancer according to the terms agreed between them.
9. Current Provider Listing Fees
TVZONE Provider listings are currently offered without a Provider listing fee.
Providers will not be charged retroactively for periods during which their listing was offered free of charge.
10. Future Provider Listing Subscriptions
If TVZONE introduces paid Provider listings or subscription plans in the future, the applicable cancellation and refund conditions will be clearly disclosed before the Provider purchases or subscribes to the service.
Such terms may specify billing frequency, renewal conditions, cancellation procedure, effective date of cancellation, whether access continues until the end of a paid period, and any applicable refund eligibility.
11. Future Paid TVZONE Features
Where TVZONE introduces optional paid features, premium listings, enhanced visibility, featured placements, promotional services, or other paid platform services, the applicable payment, cancellation, and refund conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
12. Advertising Cancellations and Refunds
Advertising cancellation and refund conditions will be specified in the applicable advertising package, quotation, campaign order, or agreement.
Where an advertising campaign has already started, fees relating to advertising services already delivered may be non-refundable.
Where an advertising campaign has not yet started, cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the conditions applicable to the relevant advertising service.
TVZONE may suspend or remove advertisements that violate applicable law, third-party rights, TVZONE Terms & Conditions, or applicable advertising requirements.
Where removal results from a violation by the advertiser, any refund will be subject to the terms applicable to that advertising agreement.
13. Payment Disputes
TVZONE may retain records relating to service requests, Provider responses, quotations, Client approvals, amendments, time extensions, cancellations, cancellation fees, and related communications generated through the platform.
Where appropriate, TVZONE may provide reasonable administrative assistance or relevant platform records.
However, because TVZONE does not currently collect Client payments for Provider services, TVZONE does not normally determine or process financial settlements between Clients and Providers.
14. Contact
Questions concerning a specific Provider cancellation fee or refund should first be directed to the relevant Provider.
