TVZONE.TV ("TVZONE", "we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting the personal and business information provided through the platform.
TVZONE operates as a global broadcast services directory and booking workflow platform connecting Clients with independent broadcast Service Providers.
TVZONE also operates a Freelancer Directory that allows Clients to discover and contact independent Freelancers directly.
By accessing or using TVZONE.TV, creating an account, submitting a profile, sending a service request, or using any platform feature, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
When you create or use a TVZONE account, we may collect information including your name, company name, email address, telephone number, country, address, account type, login information, and other information voluntarily provided by you.
For registered Service Providers, we may also collect company details, Provider descriptions, services offered, countries or locations covered, contact information, references, photographs, gallery images, work samples, and other information required to create and manage a Provider profile.
For Freelancers, we may collect information including full name, email address, telephone number, WhatsApp number, country, address, professional service category, professional summary, profile photograph, work samples, and other professional information submitted for the Freelancer Directory.
For Clients using the TVZONE Provider booking workflow, we may process information related to service requests, including requested services, country or location, dates, times, duration, technical and operational requirements, selected Providers, availability requests, quotations or Rate Cards, additional charges, extension rates, Provider responses, technical compliance information, amendments, time-extension requests, cancellations, cancellation fees, coordination information, and communications exchanged through the platform.
TVZONE may also collect and process basic technical, security, and website usage information necessary to operate the platform, maintain login sessions, protect accounts, prevent misuse, monitor performance, and resolve technical issues.
2. How We Use Information
TVZONE may use the information collected to operate and improve the platform, create and manage user accounts, display Provider and Freelancer profiles, help Clients discover broadcast Service Providers and Freelancers, process availability and service requests, support quotation and Rate Card workflows, support booking confirmation workflows, facilitate communications between users, process amendments and time-extension requests, manage cancellation-related workflows, generate booking-related records and confirmations, send transactional notifications, provide technical and administrative support, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain platform security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
TVZONE does not sell users' personal information.
3. Public Provider Profiles
Registered Providers may have publicly accessible profiles on TVZONE.
Information displayed publicly may include the Provider's company or professional name, Provider description, services offered, countries covered, photographs, gallery content, contact information, verification status, and other information intended to help Clients evaluate and contact the Provider.
Providers are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted for public display is accurate and that they have the necessary rights or authorization to publish it.
4. Freelancer Directory
The Freelancer section of TVZONE operates as a professional directory.
Freelancer profiles may display professional information and contact methods so that Clients can discover and contact Freelancers directly.
Communication, quotations, pricing, service arrangements, contracts, bookings, payments, deposits, cancellations, refunds, and disputes between a Client and Freelancer are handled directly between those parties.
TVZONE does not manage Freelancer bookings or payments.
5. Provider Booking Workflow
Clients may choose to use the TVZONE booking workflow when dealing with registered Service Providers.
Through this workflow, TVZONE may process and retain information concerning availability requests, quotations and Rate Cards, additional fees, extension rates, Client approvals, Provider operational details, technical requirements and compliance, amendments, time extensions, cancellations, cancellation fees, and related communications.
TVZONE provides the platform and workflow but does not itself perform the broadcast services offered by independent Providers.
6. Payments
TVZONE currently does not collect or process payments for services supplied by Providers or Freelancers.
Payments, invoices, deposits, refunds, credits, bank transfers, taxes, and financial settlements are handled directly between the Client and the relevant Provider or Freelancer.
TVZONE therefore does not normally collect or store payment-card details relating to Client-to-Provider or Client-to-Freelancer service transactions.
If TVZONE introduces separate paid platform services in the future, information relating to those payments may be handled in accordance with the applicable payment provider's policies and any updated TVZONE terms.
7. Communications and Notifications
TVZONE may send transactional communications relating to account registration, service requests, Provider responses, availability updates, quotations, booking confirmations, amendments, time extensions, cancellations, reminders, and other activities related to use of the platform.
These communications may be necessary to operate the services requested by users.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
TVZONE may use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, website functionality, security, user preferences, analytics, and performance monitoring.
Users may control cookies through their browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect some platform functionality.
9. Data Security
TVZONE uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

13. Advertising
TVZONE may display advertising, sponsored content, promotional placements, banners, or other commercial content.
Third-party advertisements may link to external websites or services.
TVZONE is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or data-handling practices of external advertisers or third-party websites.
