Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 10 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of TVZONE.TV.
By accessing TVZONE, creating an account, submitting a Provider or Freelancer profile, sending or responding to a service request, approving a quotation, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Role of TVZONE
TVZONE is a broadcast services directory and workflow platform designed to connect Clients with independent broadcast Service Providers worldwide.
TVZONE may allow Clients to search for Providers by service and country, view Provider profiles, request availability, request quotations or Rate Cards, send requests to one or multiple Providers, compare Provider responses, communicate with Providers, approve quotations, receive operational and coordination information, request amendments, request time extensions, submit cancellations, and track service-request status.
TVZONE also operates a separate Freelancer Directory through which Clients may discover and contact Freelancers directly.
TVZONE is not itself the supplier of the broadcast services advertised or supplied by independent Providers or Freelancers.
2. Independent Service Providers
Providers listed on TVZONE operate independently from TVZONE.
Each Provider is responsible for the actual delivery of its services, including personnel, crews, studios, vehicles, equipment, satellite resources, IP transmission services, cellular bonded transmission, licenses, permits, insurance, availability, technical performance, pricing, taxes, regulatory obligations, and other requirements relating to its business.
Providers are responsible for ensuring their profiles, services, countries covered, contact information, technical information, and commercial information are accurate and reasonably up to date.
3. Verified Providers
TVZONE may display a Provider as "Verified" after completing the verification process applicable to that Provider.
Verification is intended to improve transparency and confidence within the TVZONE directory.
Verified status does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, certification, or assurance by TVZONE regarding future service quality, technical performance, commercial performance, financial standing, availability, or reliability of any particular booking.
Clients remain responsible for evaluating Providers and reviewing their commercial and technical terms.
4. Service Requests
Clients may submit requests to one Provider or multiple Providers.
A service request may include the requested service, country or location, date, time, duration, technical requirements, operational requirements, transmission requirements, and additional information.
Submitting a request does not constitute a confirmed booking.
5. Availability and Quotations
Providers may respond to requests as Available or Not Available.
Where available, a Provider may provide a Rate Card or quotation together with additional charges, extension rates, technical conditions, alternative solutions, operational notes, or other commercial information.
The Provider is responsible for the quotation and commercial information it submits.
The Client is responsible for reviewing all technical and commercial terms before approval.
TVZONE does not guarantee that any quotation represents the lowest available market price.
6. Booking Confirmation
Where a Client accepts a Provider's quotation through the TVZONE workflow, the booking process may proceed to Provider details and operational coordination.
The Provider may provide information such as crew names, contact information, coordination details, uplink information, satellite information, transmission details, operational instructions, or other information relevant to the requested service.
TVZONE may create, generate, or retain booking confirmations and workflow records.
These records document communications and agreements between the Client and Provider but do not make TVZONE the supplier of the underlying broadcast service.
7. Technical Requirements and Compliance
Clients are responsible for submitting accurate technical and operational requirements.
Providers are responsible for reviewing those requirements and determining whether they can comply.
Where a Provider cannot comply with a particular requirement, it may propose an alternative.
The Client is responsible for deciding whether a proposed alternative is acceptable.
8. Amendments
Clients may request changes to a service after an original request or booking.
Amendments may concern dates, times, duration, location, equipment, crew, technical requirements, transmission method, or other service details.
The Provider may accept, reject, or respond with revised rates or additional charges.
An amendment does not become effective until the applicable revised terms have been accepted by the relevant parties.
9. Time Extensions
Clients may request additional service time.
The Provider may accept or decline a time-extension request.
Additional time may be charged according to an extension rate previously provided by the Provider or another rate subsequently agreed between the Client and Provider.
10. Payments Between Clients and Providers
TVZONE currently does not collect or process service payments on behalf of Providers or Freelancers.
Payments, invoices, deposits, credit arrangements, bank transfers, taxes, refunds, credits, and financial settlements are handled directly between the parties.
TVZONE is not responsible for collecting unpaid invoices or enforcing payment obligations between users.
11. Freelancer Directory
The TVZONE Freelancer section operates separately from the Provider booking workflow.
Freelancers list professional profiles so Clients can discover and contact them directly.
TVZONE does not manage Freelancer availability, quotations, booking confirmations, contracts, payments, deposits, cancellations, refunds, or service delivery.
Any professional or commercial agreement between a Client and Freelancer is made directly between those parties.
12. Current Free Provider Listings
TVZONE currently allows eligible Service Providers to register and maintain public listings without a Provider listing fee.
The availability of free Provider listings at this time does not create a permanent right to free listing or continued free use of TVZONE.
TVZONE may change its Provider listing model in the future.
13. Future Provider Listing Fees
TVZONE may introduce paid Provider listing plans or subscription fees in the future.
Paid arrangements may include standard paid listings, premium listings, enhanced visibility, featured Provider placement, promotional positioning, enhanced account functionality, or other paid platform services.
Before any new fee becomes applicable, TVZONE will clearly communicate the applicable price, billing period, included features, payment terms, renewal conditions, and cancellation conditions.
Existing Providers will not be charged retroactively for periods during which their listing was offered free of charge.
If TVZONE introduces a mandatory fee for continued Provider listing or visibility, affected Providers will be informed in advance.
Providers may then decide whether to continue using the applicable paid service.
If a Provider does not subscribe to a paid listing plan that becomes required for continued public visibility, TVZONE may suspend, unpublish, limit, or remove that Provider's public listing according to the terms communicated at that time.
14. Optional Paid Features
TVZONE may introduce optional paid services including premium features, enhanced visibility, promotional placement, featured listings, additional account functionality, marketing services, or other platform-related services.
Any applicable fees and conditions will be clearly disclosed before the user purchases or subscribes to the service.
15. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
If TVZONE introduces subscription-based services, the applicable subscription terms will be disclosed before purchase.
Such terms may specify the subscription duration, price, billing frequency, renewal method, whether automatic renewal applies, cancellation procedure, and refund conditions.
TVZONE will not represent a service as automatically renewable unless this is disclosed to the user before subscription.
Cancellation of future TVZONE subscriptions will be governed by the subscription terms applicable at the time of purchase.
16. Advertising Services
TVZONE may provide banner advertising, sponsored placements, promotional campaigns, featured advertising areas, branding opportunities, sponsorships, or other advertising services.
Advertising services may be offered to businesses and other eligible advertisers.
Advertising fees, placement, campaign duration, advertisement format, technical specifications, payment terms, and cancellation terms may be specified in the relevant advertising package, quotation, order, or agreement.
17. Advertising Content
TVZONE reserves the right to review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove advertising content that violates applicable law, is misleading or fraudulent, violates third-party rights, infringes intellectual property rights, contains inappropriate material, fails to meet agreed technical requirements, or conflicts with TVZONE policies or business standards.
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, claims, trademarks, copyrights, images, and other materials contained in their advertisements.
18. Advertising Performance
Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, TVZONE does not guarantee any particular number of impressions, clicks, inquiries, leads, bookings, sales, revenue, or other commercial results resulting from advertising.
Advertising fees are paid for the agreed advertising placement or advertising service and do not guarantee a particular business outcome.
19. Advertising Cancellation
Cancellation conditions for advertising will be communicated as part of the applicable advertising package, quotation, order, or agreement.
Where an advertising campaign has already started, fees relating to advertising services already delivered may be non-refundable.
Where a campaign has not yet started, cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the conditions applicable to the relevant advertising service.
TVZONE may suspend or remove an advertisement that violates these Terms or applicable advertising requirements.
20. User Content
Users remain responsible for information and content they upload to TVZONE, including logos, images, service descriptions, profile information, references, contact information, professional materials, and work samples.
Users must have the necessary rights and permissions to publish such materials.
By submitting content intended for public display, the user authorizes TVZONE to display such information on the platform for directory, discovery, operational, marketing, and promotional purposes related to TVZONE.
21. Proper Use of TVZONE
Users must provide accurate information, use TVZONE for legitimate and lawful purposes, maintain account security, and comply with applicable laws.
Users must not impersonate another person or business, submit fraudulent requests, knowingly provide misleading information, interfere with platform operation, misuse contact information, or engage in unlawful or abusive activity.
TVZONE may suspend, restrict, unpublish, or terminate accounts or profiles where material misuse or violation of these Terms occurs.
22. Client and Provider Disputes
Clients and Providers are independent commercial parties.
Disputes concerning service quality, technical performance, delays, equipment, crews, quotations, charges, invoices, payments, cancellations, refunds, or contractual obligations should primarily be resolved directly between the Client and Provider.
TVZONE may provide relevant platform records or reasonable administrative assistance where appropriate but is not required to act as an arbitrator or determine commercial liability between users.
23. Service Availability
TVZONE aims to provide reliable access to the platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Platform availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical failures, internet outages, hosting issues, cybersecurity incidents, third-party service failures, or circumstances outside TVZONE's reasonable control.
24. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TVZONE is not responsible for losses resulting from acts or omissions of independent Providers or Freelancers, including service delays, cancellations, equipment failures, crew performance, transmission failures, satellite failures, internet or IP transmission problems, commercial disputes, or failure to meet Client requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
25. Force Majeure
TVZONE is not responsible for delays or inability to operate the platform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Independent Providers may also be affected by events including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, telecommunications failure, satellite failure, internet disruption, strikes, or other force majeure circumstances.
The treatment of an individual Provider booking affected by such circumstances remains subject to the commercial relationship between the Client and Provider.
26. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory laws or regulations that may apply.
27. Changes to These Terms
TVZONE may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Where appropriate, material changes affecting existing paid services or subscriptions may be communicated to affected users.
The latest version will be published on TVZONE.TV with an updated effective date.
